The framework scales from a four-week operational audit to an eighteen-month strategic and pre-opening engagement. Engagement is scoped at Initial Review on a retainer, monthly, or fixed-scope basis. Invoicing in PHP for Philippine clients, USD for international clients. Public pricing is not displayed.
